UPCG is a 501(c)(3) Organization Recognized, and our Staff Accredited by the US Department of Justice under 8 CFR § 1292.11 and 8 CFR § 1292.1(a)(4) to provide Immigration Legal Services to low-income immigrants and refugees residing in, East Hartford, Manchester, Hartford Connecticut, and beyond. We represent clients before the Executive Office for Immigration Review EOIR (Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals) and DHS ( USCIS, CBP, or ICE).

UPCG Immigration Legal Services was founded on the principle that every client deserves personalized attention and unwavering advocacy. We are committed to navigating legal challenges with integrity, ensuring your peace of mind is our highest priority.

Each day, innocent non-citizens and organizations that do not have the money to pay for the services of an immigration attorney face unthinkable severe hurts and sufferings due to wrong Immigration help. Universal Presbyterian Church of God is one such victim. That is why Universal Presbyterian Church of God established the UPCG Immigration Legal Services to assist low-income people in similar situations with their immigration matters.

Our Mission

UPCG is a 501(C)(3) organization. In obedience to God’s Directives according to Leviticus 19:33-34 and Matthew 25:34-40, we commit ourselves:

To be a non-discriminatory voice working with other stakeholders to eliminate all forms of cruelty against needy children and their families, and;
To provide immigration legal services, advocacy, advisory, and support services to low-income immigrants, refugees, needy children, and their families living in Connecticut and beyond through ministries of service and justice.

The vision of the UPCG Immigration Legal Services is to seek that all migrants and refugees, irrespective of their race, gender, or religion, are protected, embraced, and empowered in a world of just and welcoming communities.
